A guest pass is an invite to train with the member who shared it — at their gym, on a specific date. It isn't transferable: the member goes with you. Both of you confirm with a mutual QR scan at check-in.

No. You message inside the app and only share contact details if and when you choose to.

If meeting someone new, always meet at the gym, court, course, or other public venue — never at a private address. We take your safety as seriously as you do, and photo and phone verification help ensure you know who you're meeting.

You can mark them as a no-show in the app with a brief note. Repeated no-shows are flagged and may result in account suspension.

GuestSpot is open to anyone 13 and older. Users under 18 require parental consent and are automatically matched only with other users in their age group — never with adults. Users under 13 are not permitted on the platform. See our Terms of Service for full details.
