Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GuestSpot.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GuestSpot. Users under 18 require verifiable parental or guardian consent before creating an account. As a hard platform policy, users under 18 are only ever matched with other users in their own age group — never with adult members. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information.

Community conduct

Treat other members with respect. Harassment, fake profiles, and no-shows may result in suspension. Meeting strangers carries inherent risk — meet in public gym, court, or facility settings and use good judgment.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post (such as your profile, photos, and messages). By posting content, you grant GuestSpot a limited license to display and distribute it within the app as needed to operate the service. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you post.

Guest passes

Guest passes are offered at the discretion of members and partner gyms and are subject to each gym's policies.

Termination

You may stop using GuestSpot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in unsafe or abusive behavior, or are inactive for extended periods. Where reasonably possible, we'll notify you of the reason for termination.

Liability

GuestSpot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the identity, conduct, or safety of any member. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuestSpot and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, dispute, or damages arising from your use of the service, including in-person meetups, workouts, or interactions with other members. Our total liability for any claim relating to GuestSpot is limited to the amount you've paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
